Real Estate Paralegal/Closer

Beggs & Lane, RLLP is currently accepting resumes for an experienced real estate closer or real estate paralegal for our Pensacola office.
Ideal candidates should have:
• Minimum of three to five years of transactional real estate experience (residential required; commercial preferred) at a law firm or title company
• Ability to handle a residential closing independently from start to finish
• Must understand the closing process
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), document management and time entry software
• Experience in ProLaw and Closers Choice a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines
• Full time position; Salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits and 401(k)
