The Beggs & Lane team of Tom Gonzalez, Bob Crongeyer and Jena Wise recently obtained a complete defense verdict in favor of a Pensacola, Florida physician and his practice group after a two week jury trial held in Escambia County, Florida.  The plaintiff alleged that the doctor had practiced below the standard of care and asked the jury to award between $1.5 and $2 million in economic and noneconomic damages.
