The Beggs & Lane team of David McGee, Marc Huff, and Jack Zoesch recently obtained a defense verdict in favor of a construction materials manufacturer in a jury trial held in Escambia County, Florida. The plaintiff alleged that the manufacturer failed to warn of defects in the product, seeking more than $10 million dollars in damages. After more than a week of trial, the Court granted a motion filed by the defense asking the Court to direct a verdict in its favor.
