William H. Mitchem

Bill Mitchem is the managing partner of the firm. Born and raised in Pensacola, Mr. Mitchem received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Davidson College in North Carolina in 1996, and his juris doctorate with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1999.

Mr. Mitchem focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate transactions and development, banking law, and business and commercial law. Mr. Mitchem regularly represents lenders, developers, real estate brokers, health care organizations and builders in various real property and banking-related matters, including subdivision development, medical office building developments and acquisitions, residential and commercial closings, and commercial leasing transactions. In addition, Mr. Mitchem regularly counsels clients with regard to business acquisitions and divestitures.

In the course of his practice, Mr. Mitchem is required to work closely with various title insurance companies, and he is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Company,  Old Republic Title Insurance Company, and Westcor Title Insurance Company.
