David B. Taylor, III
David Taylor is a partner in the Pensacola office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Groups. David’s practice involves commercial litigation with issues ranging from construction-related matters to business and banking disputes, real estate construction, financial services and other general commercial litigation claims.
David also has experience representing businesses and individuals in business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, interference with contract or business opportunities, and other business tort claims. In addition, David has an active commercial and residential real estate closing practice. In the regular course of his practice, David works closely with various title insurance companies, and he is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Company, and Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund.
David is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (B.A. Political Science) and the University of Mississippi School of Law (J.D. 2006). He is licensed and actively practicing in Florida and Mississippi. David is a member of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association and is an active member in the Young Lawyers Section where he has served as Treasurer and Vice President.
