William H. Mitchem
Bill Mitchem is a partner in the firm's real estate and transactional group. Born and raised in
Mr. Mitchem focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate transactions and development, condominium law, banking law, and business and commercial law. Mr. Mitchem has represented lenders, developers, real estate brokers, health care organizations, and builders in various real property and banking related maters, including subdivision development, condominium development, residential and commercial closings, bond financings, and commercial leasing transactions. In the regular course of his practice, Mr. Mitchem is required to work closely with various title insurance companies, and he is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Company, Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, and Lawyers Title Insurance Company.
