W. Lee Elebash

Lee is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group and devotes much of his practice to commercial litigation. Lee has represented clients in a broad range of business disputes, including actions for breach of contract, fraud, insurance coverage disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, interference with contract or business opportunities, and other business tort claims.

Lee has also represented a number of media clients in defamation and privacy actions, as well as litigation involving access to public records.

Lee is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A. Economics, 1998) and the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D. 2005). During law school, Lee was a Senior Editor on the Alabama Law Review, Chairman of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and was elected to serve on the Honor Court.

Prior to attending law school, Lee spent two years working for investment bank SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the firm's investment strategy group.

Lee is a member of the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
