Russell A. Badders has more than 14 years legal experience. He is a partner in the firm and represents clients in connection with energy and utility litigation, energy regulation and transactions, and state governmental relations. Mr. Badders practices in Pensacola and Tallahassee, Florida. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients in a wide variety of regulatory, transactional and litigated matters. He has handled numerous proceedings before the Florida Public Service Commission involving various rate and tariff filings, certification of new facilities, fuel clauses and other cost recovery mechanisms, audits and rulemakings. In addition to his involvement in regulatory proceedings, Mr. Badders has assisted clients in the negotiation and development of various contractual arrangements. He also provides ongoing advice and counsel in connection with a variety of corporate matters. Mr. Badders has successfully handled a number of appellate proceedings associated with regulatory matters.
