John F. Windham
John F. Windham has focused his practice in workers' compensation matters for over 20 years and has written a newsletter for over 15 years to keep his clients current on the developments in workers' compensation. He is a frequent speaker at workers' compensation seminars and has lectured extensively to employers, risk managers, physicians and other specialists in the workers' compensation system.
While serving on the Drafting Subcommittee of the Workers' Compensation Rules Committee he worked extensively on revisions to the Workers' Compensation Rules of Procedure. He also served as Secretary to the Rules Committee and has otherwise been active in the Workers' Compensation Section of The Florida Bar, working closely with several Judges of Compensation Claims on the development of various policies and procedures.
In addition to workers' compensation, he is actively involved in product liability matters, assisting in numerous cases against a major drug manufacturer. He also has extensive experience in insurance defense, banking litigation, Uniform Commercial Code litigation and related bankruptcy matters.
