Jodi D. Cooke
Jodi Daniel Cooke is an associate with the firm's Pensacola office. Her practice primarily involves creditor representation in bankruptcy and state collection proceedings, but Ms. Cooke also represents clients in receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, probate and other business matters. She is licensed in both Florida and Alabama, and is admitted to practice before various federal District and Bankruptcy courts in the southeastern United States. Ms. Cooke is the immediate Past President of the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, co-chairs the Florida Bar Business Law Section's Bankruptcy-UCC sub-committee on Receiver Qualifications, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association.
