Jim Weber began his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Winston Arnow, U.S. District Judge, Northern District of Florida, in Pensacola, Florida in 1969. In 1971, Mr. Weber joined Beggs & Lane, and has been with the firm continuously since that time. Over the past 38 years Mr. Weber has had a very diverse and extensive law practice. However, he has primarily been involved with a wide range of real estate developments, real estate transactions, eminent domain actions (representing both the condemning authority and the land owner), and general commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Weber presently devotes a significant amount of his time working on legal matters involving eminent domain, commercial real estate leases, utility transmission and distribution easements, and sale and purchase transactions.
