Elizabeth C. Callahan's practice is concentrated primarily on the representation of health care providers including hospitals, group practices, hospices, mental health providers, and ambulatory surgery centers. She advises her clients on a broad range of health care matters including regulatory, fraud and abuse, managed care, and medical staff matters such as credentialing and fair hearings. Ms. Callahan also focuses on health care related transactional and contracting issues and has given numerous client presentations regarding risk management practices, HIPAA and EMTALA regulations.
