Charles T. Wiggins
Mr. Wiggins is a partner in the firm's litigation group and represents companies and individuals in tort claims and business disputes. He also handles criminal cases. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law, and has tried over 75 civil and criminal jury trials.
Mr. Wiggins has defended a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death claims involving product defects, industrial accidents, premises liability, automobile/truck accidents and nursing home claims. He has also successfully prosecuted and defended many types of business disputes in the fields of banking, real estate development, energy and health care.
