Beggs & Lane is pleased to announce that Joseph A. Passeretti has joined the firm as a partner in its Pensacola office.  Mr. Passeretti is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law, and will lead the firm’s Construction Litigation Practice Group.

Joe is a native of Gulf Breeze and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004.  Upon graduation, Joe returned home and practiced law for over a decade with a local firm here in Pensacola.  Mr. Passeretti primarily provides legal representation and advice to developers, contractors, subcontractors, owners and design professionals in all phases of commercial and residential projects. In addition, Joe also represents and advises businesses in commercial disputes as well as assists businesses in developing and implementing employment law policies and defending employers’ interests in litigation.

Joe recognizes the importance of supporting our clients, the industry, and our community.  He maintains membership in a variety of organizations throughout Pensacola and is an active member of various community groups as well as the Florida Bar.
